Your Personal Information is retained on our servers for 180 days after You delete the App or cancel/terminate your user account on the App, unless it is required for Our purposes and/or mandated by applicable laws.

The inclusion or exclusion of a link does not signify NewsShorts' endorsement of the website, its provider, or the website's information. You acknowledge that NewsShorts does not make any representations about the privacy practices or policies of such third parties or the terms of use of those websites. Additionally, NewsShorts cannot guarantee the accuracy, integrity, or quality of the information, data, text, software, sound, photographs, graphics, videos, messages, or other materials available on such websites. After leaving our servers, Your information is subject to the privacy policy of the site you are visiting, for which the third party is solely responsible.

USAGE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

3.1 The information collected from You is used to present services related to the App in the most effective manner, fulfill Our obligations to You, and

8.2 No warranties of any kind, whether implied, expressed, or statutory, including but not limited to warranties of non-infringement of third-party rights, title, merchantability, fitness for a specific purpose, and freedom from computer viruses, are extended regarding the content accessible through the App or its links to other internet resources that may be available to You through the App.

8.3 Any mention in the App of specific commercial products, procedures, or services, or the use of trade, firm, or corporation names, is purely for informational purposes and the convenience of the public. Such mentions do not imply endorsement, recommendation, or favoritism by NewsShorts.
